This state-of-the-art AL/AL-Alloy Rod Continuous Production Line is engineered for the efficient and high-quality production of aluminum and aluminum alloy conductors, including Magaluma and Almasilium, utilizing advanced continuous casting and rolling technology. It delivers output rods with a precise diameter of Ф9.5mm.

Our line is designed to produce three types of conductive aluminum rods: 15mm, 12mm, and 9.5mm. The configuration includes 11 rolling stands for 15mm rods, 13 for 12mm rods, and 15 for 9.5mm rods, ensuring optimal performance for each size.

Employing a new four-wheel continuous casting machine and a continuous casting and rolling process, this equipment is capable of producing Ф9.5mm aluminum-magnesium-silicon high-strength conductive round aluminum rods (alloy grades 1, 3, 6, and 8 series). An integrated induction heater maintains precise process temperatures for ingot rolling, with adjustable heating functions. The continuous rolling mill features active feeding and rod stacking capabilities, along with an active traction device for smooth rod export. The arc guide tube utilizes a roller guide structure to minimize surface scratches, and the rod winding method is a centrifugal head swing type for efficient pre-deformation and automatic tail entry into the wire take-up frame in case of rod breakage. A mobile reel-changing and wire-storing device ensures organized rod handling during reel changes, facilitating continuous double-reel loop forming. This versatile unit can also produce standard electrical round aluminum rods.
